Concession Offered

At ARDC, we value merit and encourage talented students by offering scholarships and fee concessions under the following criteria:

  1. Merit-Based Concession:
    Students securing 90% and above in the qualifying examination (10+2) are eligible for a 10% concession on tuition fees.
  2. SSAT-Based Scholarship:
    Students who qualify in any category of the Sha-Shib Scholarship and Aptitude Test (SSAT) will be granted a scholarship in the form of fee concession, as per the official SSAT policy.
  3. Lump Sum Payment Concession:
    Students who opt to pay the total course fee in one lump sum will receive a 15% concession on tuition fees.

Scholarship & Concession Terms and Conditions

  • A candidate may avail only one scholarship or concession, whichever is higher.
  • Valid proof of eligibility must be submitted at the time of enrollment to claim the concession.
  • All concessions/scholarships are applicable only on the tuition fee.
  • No concession claims will be processed after admission confirmation.

Note: ARDC reserves the sole right to grant or deny concessions as per institutional policy.

Fee Refund Policy

Our fee refund process is governed by the following terms and conditions:

  1. If a candidate with provisional admission fails to qualify the HSC/12th exam, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  2. Cancellation within 15 days of registration: 30% of the fees will be deducted.
  3. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days from registration: 50% of the fees will be deducted.
  4. Cancellation after 30 days of registration: No refund will be provided.
  5. If a student attends even one day of class, the entire admission and tuition fee will be forfeited.

Education Loan Assistance

ARDC facilitates education loan support by providing all required documentation, including:

  • Bonafide Certificate
  • Admission Confirmation Letter
  • Institute Approval and Validity Certificates
  • Fee Estimate

Students must approach their preferred bank directly to complete loan formalities. ARDC does not guarantee loan approval, as loan sanctions are at the sole discretion of the respective bank.
